Sleep is the best way to re – energise your vitals. When you’re well-rested, you approach stressful situations more calmly, yet sleep is so often neglected or underemphasized. It is required for an average person to sleep for minimum 8 hours a day.
The key is making sure you’re not only getting enough sleep, but that the quality of sleep you’re getting is restful and restorative.
6. Hit the Road

Taking annual vacations is really good for you. Ask your family doctor : It is a fact the going on a holiday is not only fun but extremely important for health.
Whether, you have the time and the money to go for a European Tour or somewhere closer to home. It is important to get away as it helps in fighting stress and also gives something to look forward to.
7. Say Cheese
No one can overlook the mind-body connection. But how much power does the body have over the mind?
